This project was a semester long project. There were timelines for each station to be completed. It was important to understand the alternative input devices and the code template in this project to create an appropriate design for the installation. I started with learning the code for each station whilst learning gsap animations to make my version of the station unique to my own style. Since I already created the branding it was easy to implement the colours and design language to the stations. All screen savers were done in after effects, since the rotating product station is heavily video based, most of its animations were done in after effects. The use of a light background in all screens was a design to choice to highlight(pop) the products more of the installation. The icons needed to fit the brand design language as well to create a consistent look. Overall the most important part of the project was to give an experience to the viewer and keeping the design consistent.
